Czech Festival

The Annual Czech Festival is held every year on the first Saturday of October. For information about the daytime festival events, please visit the Oklahoma Czechs, Inc. website at www.czechfestivaloklahoma.com

The evening festival events are held at Yukon Czech Hall. This year, our annual Czech Festival dance will be held the evening of Saturday, October 1, 2016. See our dance schedule for additional information. As always, our dance that evening will feature two bands with music beginning at 5:30 and lasting until midnight. At 8 p.m., the newly crowned Oklahoma Czech-Slovak queen, junior queen, prince, and princess will make their first official appearance at Czech Hall for a Grand March. Don't miss the Czech Festival Dance at Yukon Czech Hall--it is an annual tradition for Oklahoma and always a very fun dance!

If you need any information about the festival events in downtown Yukon during the day, please contact Oklahoma Czechs, Inc. for more information about the parade, craft booths, kolace sales, and folk dancing performances. Again, their website is www.czechfestivaloklahoma.com But please reserve your evening on Oct. 1 to be at Yukon Czech Hall :)  Our celebration happens rain or shine, 100 degree heat or snow!  Also, we have a television, so you can dance and still watch your team!
